The designated number of hours is shown in your subscription agreement, and might also be stated as ‘unlimited’. If you come close to or go over the limit then we would offer you the option to buy more time at the designated rate.

All helpline users

We commit to respond to your email enquiry to our helpline within one working day, and to your phone call within two working hours.

It is our standard procedure to confirm all advice given by email. The total time spent dealing with your enquiries, including preparing the summary emails, updating the details of your enquiries, following up open enquiries and providing any reports you request on your helpline usage will be recorded against your account.

Any use of our helpline for the benefit of other parties, whether for payment or not, is not authorised. Our liability is limited to our individual subscribers, not to any third parties to whom the information is passed on.

Refunds

Refunds, Cancellations & Distance Selling Regulations

We aim for this website service to be sold to businesses and as such, Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business sales.
